The service
Fraîche provides kitchen-operations software for professional kitchens. Use of the service is governed by these terms and our Privacy Notice.
Accounts & organizations
You must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization you register. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Data & privacy
Our data practices are described in the Privacy Notice. By using Fraîche you acknowledge those practices.
AI features & credits
AI-powered features consume prepaid credits. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
Billing
Billing terms will be published before any paid subscription tier goes live. Current AI credit top-ups are handled through Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms.
Liability
Fraîche is provided as-is to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for losses caused by your inputs, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breaches of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version identifier at the top of this page changes when we do. Continued use after re-acceptance of the updated terms constitutes acceptance.
